After Glacier National Park, I drove up across the US-Canadian Border to meet Matt, his old roommate Ben, Ben’s fiancee Song-Mi, and Ben’s brother & sister-in-law Vaugh and Hazel. I was fortunate enough to be tagging along on a trip that had already been planned, and so instead of having to do a bunch of research on what to do, I showed up, met everyone, and then just followed along for a few days as we explored Banff and Lake Louise.

We got into our campground and were set up by around 7 pm the first evening. However, since we were so far North, we still had enough daylight for a short waterfall hike before returning to camp and cooking dinner.
Lake Louise
The second day we spent hiking out to the Plain of 6 Glaciers teahouse, on the far side of Lake Louise right next to the BC/Alberta border.

The last day we hiked up the Valley of the 10 Peaks, to Sentinel Pass, Matt and I had a ton of fun glissading down snowfields on our way back.
Those snowfields are steep and a ton of fun!
Definitely one of most beautiful places I've visited. It's hard to write anything that compares to the views!
